This package will get you a personalised 12 week program designed by me with your goals, abilities and requirements in mind.
For the 12 weeks you will get nutritional guidance, your calories and protein requirements and meal plans if required.
You gain full access to the app. In which you will have a training calendar, all your workouts complete with demo videos for each exercise, nutrition log, habit tracker, chat box support from me and you can even link your Apple Watch and Under Armour Trainers amongst other apps!

Get Strong 1 - Weekly Payment Plan
This is the first of 6, 12 week gym programs designed to progress you through from beginner to advanced.

This is designed for complete newbies, with an easy to follow program with just 3 sessions a week of full body workouts to ease you into your fitness journey, get you used to basic training methods and get you familiar with the gym equipment.
I’ve also included a BONUS 4th workout if you feel up to the challenge.
All exercises on the program come with written descriptions as well as demonstration videos.
This also comes with My Get Strong Guide Book, giving you all the information you need for the basics of training , once you open your program schedule on the app you will find it in on week 1 day 1 in an orange strip, just click to open and read it thoroughly before starting the program.
I am also available for extra support in the chat box feature.
This program also comes with a basic meal plan, structured to be followed for 5 days allowing you to meal prep for the week ahead and allowing you the freedom to choose your own foods on the weekend but still tracking using the nutrition logging on the app.
All purchases come with my 62 page TMF guide also, which has lots of information on nutrition, resting, stretching and more plus recipes and a bonus train like Tracey program!
The Get Strong Series MUST be followed in order for you to advance through your training successfully and achieve the best results safely and effectively.
Complete newbies should start from Get Strong 1.Any one else should start from Get Strong 2.

Female Fat Loss Focused Training & Nutrition Plan - on a weekly payment
This 12 week , 3 days per week program can be done at home in the space of a metre square!
When also following a calorie deficit nutrition plan this program is designed to promote fat loss, strengthen your body, improve your cardiovascular fitness and leave you feeling energised.
All that is required is a long resistance band to do the resistance exercises incorporated into the program and also useful but not essential would be a workout mat for your core and ab exercises.These can be found in sports shops, on Amazon & Ebay and any store that has a fitness section, they are cheap, versatile and take up minimal room for storage .
A basic nutrition plan is included as well as nutrition guide to help you work out your personalised calorie requirements and meal logging is available in the app too!

I have PCOS, insulin resistance and Hashimoto's so take my fitness regime very seriously. Since Covid, I was not able to afford gym/ personal training sessions which is when I found Motiveacetion via fb. It is very affordable and flexible for me. I'm able to do plan my week and do at least 3 sessions with her. Tracey has been a breath of fresh air for me. I enjoy going to her sessions as it's always something new and challenging - and I leave each session with renewed zest for life. I also battle with arthritis and a shoulder injury so she helps to tailor exercises to ensure it is safe for me. She's even brought me back to boxing something I couldn't do before due to my shoulder injury.
